How does pre-ordering work?

Pre-ordering is simply making a request to purchase a product that is not yet commercially available. When you place a pre-order you are essentially telling us that you would like to order the item once it is available. Your credit card is not charged until the item to be purchased is manufactured.

We provide at least 24 hours notice before charging pre-orders payments and we make an effort to charge pre-order payments no longer than 30 days from anticipated delivery.

Our pre-orders are managed with Celery and pre-order transactions are processed through Stripe.

How do you ship?

We ship within the United States (lower 48) via USPS ground shipping. When shipping to US Military addresses, territories, Alaska, and Hawaii, we typically ship via USPS priority mail.

For customers outside of the US, we recommend shipping with a forwarding or consolidating service. Such services will provide you with a US shipping address and ship your order in bulk with other orders. As such, they offer the most competitive rates. At this time we are not shipping directly to international customers.
